The End of Baseball Season - Padres

Baseball season finally finished up at the very end of May.  Even though the Padres only came out with a couple wins this season, they really have gotten so much better.  It's so fun to watch them play and hopefully next season they will come away with a few more wins.  Evan continued to play catcher this year and did an awesome job.  He started this season with a batting drought, but by the end of the season he was consistently hitting and getting on base. 

Halfway through the season, they started passing out a golden cleat, bat and glove at each practice.  Evan worked so hard and towards the end of the season, he came away from 1 of the practices with the golden cleat for his fast running skills.   He was so proud!

After the last game, the coach awarded 2 game balls for the season.  Evan got 1 of them for being such a great catcher.  We were super proud of him!

This is a fun group to watch.  Can't wait to see what next season brings!
