Emily is officially a middle schooler! No more elementary school for this kid. It's so crazy to me, but she is more than ready. On the last day of school the 5th graders all met for donuts before school and then had a pool party after school.
Evan is officially a 4th grader! It was such a weird year at school due to covid. They wore masks every day, never got to mingle with kids in other classes and specials classes were done in their classrooms. But they made it. Hopefully things will be more back to normal next year.
And just like that, Emily has graduated from elementary school. So much has been taken away from the 5th graders this year due to covid, so I was so glad when they actually got to have a 5th grade graduation. It wasn't quite like how it should have been. It was outside and each class had their own, but that didn't matter. They got their celebration just like they deserved.

All the parents on Em's soccer team decided to hire a photographer to take pictures of each girl during their last game. This was a special game because it was the one that earned them a bye into D1 of GCL. It was also the last time that this team of girls would be playing together. I'm so glad to have these pics of Em playing the game she loves.
