Here are all the little things we were up to in September:
Shawn and Evan went hunting over Labor Day weekend. Since Scott's lease is so close to Lubbock, they drove there 1 day so Evan could see the campus.
While the boys were hunting, Emily's soccer team kicked off their FDL season. They lost their first game 3-1, but won their second one 2-1.
School volleyball continued. The girls also competed a district tournament. It wasn't their best performance. They came in 5th out of 6th. But they all had fun.
We were jam packed this month with sports. . .hockey, soccer and volleyball!
We met up with the Gists for lunch at the Hub in Allen one Saturday. It was our first time there. We really liked the atmosphere!
Evan started playing the violin this year. Practicing isn't his favorite, but he is really enjoying learning how to play.
