Evan finished up his very last year of elementary school. Next year he'll be moving to the middle school with Em.
They celebrated the 5th graders with 1 last walk through the hallways and a graduation ceremony.
On the last day of school the 5th graders all met up for donuts and then walked to school together. They were supposed to have a pool party after school, but it got rained out.
And of course we took our annual last day of school pics too.
Em wrapped up her 2nd year of middle school. Next year she'll be the oldest in the school. They held a 7th grade awards ceremony the last week of school. Em received the girls athletics award for track.

Here are all the little things we were up to in April:
Shawn took our tree stump from the backyard and made cutting boards, candles, an end table and coasters.
Em kicked off school soccer season. There are only 5 games in a season. It's been a season full of ups and downs.
We celebrated Easter. We went to Beth's the Saturday before Easter and then went to Sixty Vines for brunch on Easter, with Mimi and Papa.
Evan created an underwater breathing machine
Emily spent a lot of weekends at the mall with her friends.
