Evan continues to "do chores" in his room after we put him to bed. This basically means he plays and makes a mess. We literally never know what we're going to find when we turn his lamp off before we go to bed.
This kid is so silly! We never know what he's going to do next.
The kids finished up soccer this month, but not before a couple weekends with games just a couple hours apart. We hit up Chili's in between games to eat.
We had dinner at Kevin and Julie's house one night and what's more fun than squirting whipped cream directly in your mouth?

Shawn asked Evan to help set the table one night for dinner. This is how he decided to do it.
I met Evan up at school for his Thanksgiving Day Lunch. This boy loved it. He ate 2 full helpings of everything.
Em took a bike riding class at REI this month. Shawn had previously tried to teach her, but he was getting no where, so figured we'd give it a shot. She isn't riding on her own yet, but her balance has definitely improved.
Shawn went to the Arnold's Ranch with his friends one weekend.
We kept both kids home for the week of Thanksgiving. Since Em was off, figured we might as well let Evan share in the fun. I took the kids to see Trolls one day. Then another day, we enjoyed the nice weather and the kids took turns on the scooter. When Shawn was home with them, they did lots of arts and crafts and went out to lunch. The day before Thanksgiving we all went at saw Moana.
Thanksgiving morning, Shawn changed out our garage door opener. Evan had a blast tinkering around in the garage with him. At one point, Evan had tied himself up.
