Renegades Media Day Pics

 Emily's soccer team had a media day this year.  The girls all had fun taking individual and group pictures.

Liberty HS Hoco

Emily had her school's homecoming in the middle of September.  They went to the homecoming game on Thursday night and then the dance was on Saturday.

She asked Witt to go to her dance as well.  Colleen and I took Em and Gracie to get their hair done and then they got all ready before the boys came over.  

They all met up at the Star for pictures before going to dinner at The Common Table.  They went to the dance and then to her friend, Lexi's house for the after party.  She had lots of fun.

Hunting Trip

This year opening day of dove season was on a Monday, so instead Shawn and Evan moved their annual hunting trip to the following weekend.  They rented a house with Luke and Lane while his brother and nephews stayed in their camper on the land.  It sounds like a good time was had by all.

August Little Things

Here are all the little things we were up to in August:

We had to have some foundation work done and in the process of doing that, they had to remove 1 of our big bushes in the front yard.   We figured this was a good time to take advantage of redoing all of our front yard landscaping.  It was crazy expensive, but I'm really happy with how it all turned out.  We even added some landscaping lights too.

Shawn and Evan took advantage of the pool and hot tub in the last few days before school started.

Emily's friend, Witt, asked her to his school's homecoming dance.  It was over Labor Day weekend.  

Evan had his first football game.  He mainly plays on the punt return team, but is also getting a little bit of time as a linesman.

Emily's soccer team had their opening FDL weekend over Labor Day weekend.  Emily had a pulled groin muscle so she wasn't able to play.
