Disney Cruise Vacation Day 3 - Day at Sea

Our first full day on the boat, was a day at sea.  We had tickets that morning to go to the Disney Junior character breakfast.  I knew my kids wouldn't be super interested in the characters, but since it was free and we needed to eat breakfast, we tagged along with our friends.  We saw Sophia, Vampirina, Doc McStuffens and Mickey Mouse.

When we got done with breakfast we stopped and got a picture with Jesse from toy story.  Again, my kids were not at all excited about characters on this trip.  I convinced them to get a few over the week, but it was definitely not a must do for them.

We headed up to the pool deck for a bit to let the kids swim.  We all took turns riding the aqua duck.  It was just as fun as I remembered.  This time my kids were able to ride together, but most of the time I went with them because I enjoyed it too and it was a good way to cool off.  The pools were way too crowded for me!

Our plan this trip was to try and do more activities on the boat.  Courtney saw that they were making door hangers late morning, so we took the 3 girls to do that while Evan stayed at the pool with Shawn. When we finished up, we sent all 4 kids to the kids club and Courtney and I headed to a champagne tasting while Shawn and Grant headed to the adult only pool.

The champagne tasting was fun.  They gave us 5 different types to try + a dessert.  I could have done without all the talk on the history of the champagne, but for everything we got, it was a good value for our money!

When we finished up, we headed over to the adult only side to join the guys for some peace and quiet before picking the kids up from the kids club.  It was super nice over on the adult side and so different than the crazy loud/ jam packed kids side.

It was formal night for dinner this night, so we headed back to our room to all get cleaned up and changed before the show.  This night they had a production of Aladdin.  I thought it was good, but I enjoyed the Beauty and the Beast show on the Disney Dream more.  After the show, we had dinner in Enchanted Garden.  The kids were all pretty tired after our late night the night before so we didn't send them to the kids club.  Evan was especially wiped.  He's such an early bird, that he just can't hang late at night.  He fell asleep during dinner.  Poor kid.
