This is another idea I found on Pinterest and just couldn't pass up doing. We welcomed back our elf, Buddy, with a North Pole Breakfast. Emily was super excited when she came downstairs Sunday morning to a special breakfast. We normally don't eat such a sweet breakfast, so she was in for a treat! Buddy left both Emily and Evan a special note and a surprise. Even thought Evan couldn't enjoy the donuts, we made sure he sat with us. He loved looking at Buddy and even tried cereal for the second time (which went much better than the first try a month or so ago :) ).
After breakfast we read the letters Buddy left the kids and also opened their gifts. I realized as I was putting the pictures on my blog, that I never took a picture of their gifts. However, they each got some new Christmas jammies that they are sporting tonight. Evan was too tired for a pic, but I'll get one of them soon.
