Emily Lately

A few funny stories I want to remember about Em.

 - Emily always talks about "tomorrow".  She tells us all the time all the stuff she is going to do tomorrow.  For example, if she asks us to do something and we tell her we can't because we don't have time today, she'll say ok, we'll just do it tomorrow.  She has quite the imagination too when it comes to the things she'll do tomorrow.  Let's just say our "tomorrows" are always jam packed.  :)

 - The other day I was driving the kids to school and I was mumbling under my breath about the cars going too slow around me.  Em asked me what I just said and I told her I was just talking to myself.  Not 5 minutes later, I hear her talking softly in the backseat.  I asked her what she was saying and she said, "Mommy, I'm just talking to myself." 

 - We've been doing a chore chart for Em and the other night I asked if she would come in the kitchen to help set the table.  She replied saying, "Give me a second."

 - She walked into Evan's room one day and Shawn was in there.  She said to him "hello, little fellow."
