Little Escape Artist

There's a gate at the top of our stairs that we close whenever we're playing in the gameroom.  Emily is determined to figure out how to escape through the gate.

Trying to figure it out. . .

Maybe I can fit through it. . . 

Do you know how, Lily?

 Wait, maybe I can reach the lock. . .

 Or maybe if I just pull really hard. . .

 Nothing works. . .I just can't figure it out, Mommy

 But all that trying, wore me out!
