Happy 1st Birthday, Emily!

We didn't do too much for Emily's birthday today.  We're waiting to really celebrate on Saturday.  I woke her up this morning and while I sang Happy Birthday to her, she danced along in her crib.  I took her 1 year chair photos and we headed off to school.  I brought cupcakes to school for all the babies to have.  Emily got a Happy Gram from school telling us how much all the babies loved the cupcakes and they liked getting messy, especially Emily.  She also loved when they sang Happy Birthday to her.  We let her open her gifts from Mommy and Daddy tonight. She got a wagon and a couple of new outfits.  She liked just to sit in her wagon and play with her toys.  Although she preferred to sit in between the seats rather than on the seat.  I hope she had a great 1st birthday and I can't wait until her big party on Saturday with all our friends and family.
