Destin Trip Day 4 - Rain, Rain Go Away

We woke up Tuesday morning to a very rainy day.  I was so bummed that we would be missing out on a beach day!  We made the best of the situation though.  We set the kids up in the living room in the morning and popped in a movie for them to watch.  After lunch and nap time the rain let up for a bit and the kids took advantage of it by flying some kites out on the beach.  After that we all split up to do our own thing.  Kevin, Julie and the girls went bowling, my parents went out for a drive, my parents friends went shopping and we stayed around the house and then walked down the street to a souvenir shop.

We stayed in for dinner that night and Shawn and Kevin grilled fajitas.  We ended the night watching the kids put on a magic show and then played a few rounds of charades.

Magic show.  .although it was more of a variety show than a magic show.  Haha

Nattie's trick was pretty good.  She made 1 tissue turn into 2 tissues!

We celebrated my brother's birthday this night.  His actual birthday was on the Saturday we left to go home.
