We kicked Thanksgiving off by watching the Macy's parade in the morning. Then went over to my parent's house in the afternoon. The kids enjoyed having lots of playtime with their cousins.

On Friday, my mom and I went shopping and out to lunch while Shawn and the kids got all the Christmas decorations down from the attic and put up the Christmas tree. We decorated it in the afternoon once Evan woke up from his nap.
Saturday was spent running some errands, finishing up decorations and hanging some Christmas lights. We went out to Durkin's for dinner.
Sunday was another quiet day at home. Shawn went grocery shopping in the morning and then took the kids to the park to feed the ducks and then we spent the majority of the afternoon outside finishing up lights and raking the leaves.
It's nice having a 4 day weekend, but having to entertain our kids for 4 days non-stop is another story. Not going to lie, I think we were all a bit ready for the school week.
