Advent Calendar

This was our second year to do the advent calendar.  The kids look forward to the activity every night.

Day 1 and 2:  The kids lost their activities these days because of some bad attitudes over the Thanksgiving break.

Day 3:  Write a letter to Santa

Evan was the one that told me to check the naughty box.

Day 4: Christmas Bingo

Evan won the first game and was so excited!

Day 5: Gum Drop Snowflakes

Day 6: Gingerbread House decorating party

Day 7: Watch Polar Express and have hot chocolate

Day 8: Have a picnic by the Christmas tree

Day 9: New Christmas Jammies

Day 10: Reindeer Craft

Day 11: Snowball (marshmallow) fight

Day 12: Em was supposed to stay the night at KK's, but KK got sick.  So instead Em and Daddy had a daddy/daughter date to go see a movie, eat dinner and ice cream.

Day 13: KK took Em to have breakfast with Santa and we took the kids to Santa's Village

Day 14: Bake Christmas Cookies

Day 15: Make Reindeer Food

Day 16: Watch elfed video

Day 17:  Decorate Christmas Trees

Day 18: Candy Cane Hunt

Day 19: Christmas parties at school

Day 20: Go to Granny's Christmas Party

Yep, that's my mother in law, Karen, wrestling my kids.  Just more proof that their energy comes from the Baxter side!

Day 21:  Go see the new Annie movie and go to Uncle Kevin's house to celebrate Natty's birthday.  No pictures this day.

Day 22: Silver Bell Memory Game

Day 23: Put on PJ's and go look at Christmas Lights

Day 24: Put out reindeer food and cookies for Santa

Evan was trying to steal a bite of Santa's cookies.
