Into Everything

Just in the last week or so, Emily has learned to maneuver around the house very quickly.  She's still mainly doing an army crawl, but boy can she get around quickly.  She is now everywhere and into everything!  I can't turn my back for a minute.  Just in the last couple of days she has found and torn up all our magazines, pulled the DVD's out of the entertainment center, found Lily's food (I caught her before any made it to her mouth), and found Lily's toys.  Let's just say we have found a much higher home for most of this stuff.  I'm not sure what to do about Lily's food.  She also is becoming quite good at cleaning my kitchen floor with her tummy.  If only I could attach a sponge to it.  :)  If we are in the kitchen, next thing you know, she is too.  It's just so crazy how quickly she went from just sitting and then pulling up, to now crawling all over place. 

We spent lots of time upstairs this weekend in the gameroom.  It has the least amount of stuff for her to "get into."  She's starting to love playing in her house that we bought her for Christmas last year.

Her favorite thing about the house is definitely the mail.  She discovered she could get around much more quickly if she carried the mail around in her mouth.  I couldn't stop laughing because she literally did this 5 or 6 times. 

She also loves the musical table that Kevin and Julie brought over for her.  It's one of the many toys they passed down to us from Lauren and Natalie. 

This picture makes me so nervous.  I can only imagine what's going through her mind.  I'm sure it's something like "how can I climb up this thing to get all those toys."
