Conversations With Evan

Evan wakes up soo early every morning.  He has a clock in his room that changes colors when he can wake up, but he pays no attention to it.  So we tried a different approach and we told him when the clock points to the 6 then he can come out.  One night just a few minutes after we put him to bed he comes out of his room.

Shawn: "Evan, you need to get back into your room."

Evan: "But my clock is pointing to the 6."

Shawn: "But you haven't even slept yet."

Shawn and Evan go into his room and Evan proudly shows Shawn where the hand is pointing to the 6.

Shawn: "I guess we should clarify, the little hand has to be pointing to the 6."

It was 8:30 pm.
