We invited all of our friend's kids, as well as her whole class from school, so we had a really great turnout. I think there were around 16 kids there.
We went to a birthday party at Pump It Up a couple weekends ago and when I saw how big the slides were, I was so afraid that I made a mistake in booking that place for her party. I thought she might be scared of them. But Em, no way! She LOVED the huge slides and had no issues with them. This girl has no fear (which can be quite scary sometimes). In fact, Em was so busy running from slide to slide, I couldn't keep up with her during the party.
I think all the kids had lots of fun and the best part was leaving and having no mess to clean up. Having birthday parties at places, besides your house, is definitely the way to go. It's sooo much easier!

The Centerpieces
The Minnie and Mickey ears that I spent hours making. Never, Ever again! I made 22 pairs of these and it took forever!
Party Favors - Oreo cookies made into minnie mouses
The kids (minus Cameron, Jale and Mia)
I couldn't decide which one was best. It's hard getting so many little ones to all look at you at the same time!

Loved the cake. It was chocolate, chocolate chip. We tried a new bakery this year - Society Bakery.
Em didn't want to sit by herself in the big chair, so Daddy sat with her.
She loved having everyone sing to her.
Notice who doesn't have their minnie ears on? Em! After I spent hours making them, the birthday girl refused to wear hers. Go figure!
And you may have noticed that 1 very important person is missing from the pics, Evan. Since Evan is just a little bit too small to partake in the jumping, he stayed home with Mimi. I can guarantee he was much happier in his quiet house than in a loud bounce house! Don't worry, he celebrated his sister all day on Sunday. :)
Stay tuned for pics from Sunday, her actual birthday.
Cute, cute, cute! Looks like such a fun party! And that cake.....WOW! I LOVE it!
