Merit Trick Or Treating / Primrose Fall Festival

I'm playing catch up from last week (Evan hasn't been sleeping great lately, so I've been 1 tired mama), so bare with me.

Last Friday my company had their annual trick or treating.  I look forward to this event each year, even more so now that I have kids.  I love bringing my kids up and getting to see all of my co-worker's kids.  I picked Em and Evan up from school early and brought them up.  I had planned on dressing Evan up, but it was pretty chilly on Friday, so I ended up just keeping him in his cute Halloween outfit instead.  I did dress Em up though as a 50's girl.  I thought she looked super cute in her outfit.

She was a bit shy at first, but after a while she got the hang of it and loved getting all the candy!  Evan liked just being carried around and checking everything out.  I was too busy holding Evan to take pics, but luckily my friend, Michele, took a few of Em and her daughter, Haleigh.

When we got home, we ate a quick dinner and then me and Em headed out to the Fall Festival at her school.  It was really fun.  Each classroom was set up with a different activity.  There was a maze, a cake walk, crafts, beanbag toss, etc.  After they completed each activity they got to pick some candy.  Em had a blast and loved seeing several of her friends and teachers.  Again, I totally failed on the picture taking while we were at the Fall Festival, but I did get several pics of both kiddos before we left.

After all the fun, we headed back home to put my 2 favorite pumpkins to bed, but of course not before taking a few pics in their Halloween jammies from Mimi and Papa.
