Pumpkin Carving

Last night Shawn and Emily (okay, well maybe just Shawn) carved pumpkins.  I thought Em would love to help, but she wanted nothing to do with getting her hands covered in the slimey pumpkin seeds.  So instead we watched Shawn carve the pumpkins.  We're drying the seeds out now so we can cook them up.  Yum!
