Happy Easter

The kids were up bright and early Sunday morning (6:00) to see what the Easter bunny brought them in their baskets.  Emily was most excited about the candy, puffs and yogurt melts in her eggs.  Usually Evan only shares a few his puffs and yogurt melts with her.  The Easter Bunny must have known she would be excited to have her own stash.  She also enjoyed having a few jelly beans so early in the morning.

I really wanted a nice picture of the 2 of them in their cute bunny jammies, but they were not having it.  Emily is just too cool for pictures lately and Evan won't sit still.  :( 
Around lunchtime we headed over to my Aunt's house for brunch.  All of my family was over there.  Again, the kids had fun running around outside and hunting for eggs.  The kids were completely spoiled by all of my family.  They got a ton of goodies from Mimi and Papa, Aunt Ann, Nana, and all of their cousins.  I'm so bummed because I completely forgot to get a family picture of us when we were all dressed up. 

It was a busy couple of days with very little naps taken.  Both kids did surprisingly well even with the lack of sleep.  But by Sunday night it had caught up with them and both went down early.
