Since Covid we really haven't done a ton of xmas activities. I really wanted to change that this year, so I planned a bunch of holiday outings this holiday season! Here are all the little things we were up to in December:
Shawn and I went to brunch and then a Dallas Stars game. They won 8-1:
Emily had her Christmas party for soccer. They had dinner at Cane's, followed by a Secret Santa gift exchange:
We went to "Snowday" at the galleria with the Terry's. It's basically walking through a bunch of instagrammable rooms and then we ended the night with dinner.
We were supposed to go to the arboretum with Kevin, Julie and the girls, but the rainy weather made us cancel. So we just went to dinner instead.
We went to KK's for xmas with Shawn's side of the family.
We went to dinner at Legacy West on a Wed. night, just to see all the holiday decor that had set up.
We went with the Gists on a trolley light tour in highland park. It was super fun. I loved looking at all the houses in highland park. We finished the night with dinner at Mesero.
We went to downtown McKinney and walked around all the little shops before getting dinner.
We celebrated Christmas Eve at Mimi and Papa's and then came home and got ready for Santa.
We opened presents from Santa on Christmas morning.
I didn't get any pics, but we hosted dinner at our house for Christmas this year! And we wrapped up the holidays with celebrating Christmas with Papa Mike at the end of the month.
