Occasionally (and I'm talking maybe once every couple of months), Em will get in a mood where she just really wants to be helpful and she'll tell me she wants to help clean up.
Em: "Mommy, I'm going to clean up the whole house."
Me: "That sounds awesome Em, thanks!"
As she's saying this I forget that she had earned some M&M's earlier that morning and I forgot to pay up, so I told her she could have them now. She ate her M&M's and then said this. ..
Em: "I think I'll wait and clean up the whole house tomorrow instead."
Me: "Haha, ok Em."
I knew it was too good to be true. If only I could just keep saying that too!
