October Little Things

As usual, our October was jam packed!  We normally do our annual countdown to Halloween calendar each October, but as the kids have gotten older and have more after school activities, it's just gotten too hard.  So instead we just did a few activities whenever we had some free time, which wasn't much.

When it wasn't raining outside, which was another rarity, we spent time outside and the kids played soccer.

We spent lots of time with friends this month.

Shawn went to the Arnold's ranch one weekend.

We went to lots of movies this month - 3.  2 of them during the kids 4 day weekend for Columbus Day.

We visited KK and Grandpa Joe in Burleson.

Shawn was the watch dog at school one day.  The kids loved having him there.  The highlight of the day for Shawn was getting to use the polishing machine on the cafeteria floor.

Evan built a ton of legos.

And of course we wrapped up the month with Halloween.  Em tried a Halloween joke on us.
