Labor Day Weekend

We didn't do too much over Labor Day weekend.  Shawn left to go hunting Sunday and Monday, but before he did we went to my parents on Saturday for dinner and swimming.  Em was very excited to go because I bought her a new bikini to wear.  This girl cracks me up.  Up until this year she has not liked to show her belly in a swimsuit.  But when we went to Florida with her cousins and she saw them wearing bikini's it made her want one.  So I went and got one thinking maybe she'll wear it, maybe she won't.  Well, she loved it.  She put it on and literally stood in front of the mirror for 10 minutes saying  "look Mommy, you can see my whole belly."  When we got to my parents house she said to everyone "look at my bikini."  I think it made her feel like a big girl.  :)
